Spring wires to be produced with German high-technology with PLC controlled machineand skilled power. The wire drawing machine utilises the dry drawing method and chemicals are used during the production to protect against rust and corrosion. Mechanical characteristics of the production commensurable to the International Standarts to be controlled by quality tests. Circular sectioned, high-carboned rod-wire with 5,50 dia ( D45-65) are supplied by the prestigious companies of Turkey and Europe. Our production capacity is apprx 13,000 mty and capable to produce wire dia between 1,00 – 5,00.
