Zig Zag spring,which was used firstly in the metal chair production with a different cutting style, has been also started to integrate into sofa and armchair production paralelly to the new Technologies in Furniture sector.
Zig Zag springs are used in the productions of sitting sets, sofas and armchair groups. It is possible to manufacture these springs in different wire diameters ( 2,50 – 2,80 – 3,0 – 3,40 – 3,80 – 4,00 ) and different loop diameters according to the customer demands. The capacity is available for the production of both 40 meters of rolls and cutted small pieces. In last proccess, the produced Zig Zag springs were surfaced. Zig Zag Spring capacity of Yilmar is 700 tons per year.
It is also possible to use Zig Zag springs in Authomative industry . The springs can be produced archly if it is requested by our customers. The cutted pieces are attached to the frame of furniture by using a clip.
